Grade D (SCP 5 -9)

22.5 hours per week (approx. 9.00am–1.30pm) Term time only.

£24,790-£26,409 FTE

£12,779 - £13,922 actual (salary dependent on experience)

Additional hours in school holidays, as required, paid via timesheet.

We are looking to appoint a reliable, skilled and experienced Catering Manager. As Catering Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our kitchens ensuring the provision of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of the students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a high standard of practice and hygiene in accordance with current quality standards in all aspects of food preparation as well as responsible for designing menus and ensuring food allergies/intolerances are considered.

The role seeks someone with energy and enthusiasm, as well as the requisite culinary skill and experience. We would like someone that will not only manage the kitchen, but also engage with the pupils, staff and visitors to create a positive dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
